Tex would have scooped that with his eyes closed, you obviously haven't watched him play, he is a great first baseman

I'm not saying he wouldn't have. But you're argument for Tex was lack of errors, when in reality the error almost always goes to the thrower, and less balls are hit to 1st basemen than 3rd basemen, so in reality it's much much much much easier to get errors as a 3rd baseman, especially one with ridiculous range

poor Drew. was pitching decently than Chris strikes, and that ruined it. and as typical, people blame Drew

whatever not your fault Drew. Let down by Colabello[great decision to keep him over Danny]
this unlucky year wont kill your career

Chris Colabello sure served up a meatball right to Sano.

Every pitcher gets a few misplays by his fielders to have to work through. Yet Hutch unravels.

Doesn't matter. Baseball games aren't always going to go as planned. It's Hutch's job to pickup his teammate there and get the final out, not almost blow a 9-3 lead.

All unearned runs. Don't happen if Colabello can make a catch.

I can only assume that when he decided to keep Colabello over Valencia, AA was both sleep deprived and drinking heavily as a celebration of his otherwise great week.

Obviously it's way more difficult and MVP worthy to be the guy standing on 1st base catching the throw from the 3rd baseman than it is to knock the hit down, control the ball, spin, and throw a strike to 1st :sarcasm:

Is Hutchison pitching bad? Just got home.

Gave up three in the first.

Settled down and looked great.

A combo error on a Donaldson throw to Colabello opened the floodgates for a four-run inning. Although to be fair to them, Twins scored two runs after the error and Hutch had the situation at two-out and a runner at first and gave up a bomb.

No ****ing way!!!!

Link?

can't you just google it? I doubt it's that difficult to find Chris Carpenter's mlb page, or fangraphs page, or baseball reference's page. His Wikipedia page probably also has it.

not really, though some fans will blame one player as per Toronto typical. Drew struggles in 1st, okay in 2nd, and than got going, and than Colabello cant make a routine play and everything went down hill. Cant blame Drew here

Donaldson has more errors than any other 3rd baseman except 2....Tex has less errors than any other 1st baseman.
Texeira is one of the best defensive players over the last 10 years.
What don't you get.
