Just one opinion, but here goes.
While Jarmo has demonstrated that he is capable of surprises (see Gaborik) and in spite of the trumpeting of Portzline, I don't expect a big move at either of the deadlines. The team is playing well and trending towards the playoffs, there is good balance and chemistry working at the present and I don't see much reason to mess with it at this point. Barring some kind of a gifting by another GM, expect the FO to stand pat. Gaborik when he comes back functions much like a deadline rental.
That being said look for some serious movement after the season.

Some serious decisions moving forward will need to be made.
There is lots of D potential/depth, the question is how much of it can you keep vs what kind of return could you get in turning it. If you assume the top four slots as set (JJ, Tyutin, Wiz, Murry) you get 6 bodies for 4 slots. And with Jarmo you might not be able to assume those top four. There will be changes on the blue line.
There seems to be an excess of depth on the lower end, again how much can you keep, who could you move and who can you just let go.
I think we will know a lot more about the FO's idea about brick by brick and how they view this team. There is some talent in the pipeline, how far off do they think it to be? Do they move some of the defensive depth for top end skill? How high do they shoot? Picks and prospects for a top end guy? Or do they move pieces to obtain more developing talent? D potential for forward potential or picks?
Who do they really view to be the "core"? How for off do they think they really are from a serious Cup challenge? This summer will answer a lot of these questions.
Next year's Blue Jackets will be different from this years Blue Jackets, of that you can be fairly certain.
