I haven't followed one of these before, is there always so little discussion of picks? Or is discussion not allowed (though it is in this thread title)? I would have thought that would be the most fun and educational part - arguing about picks.

Also, not sure if I missed it but what is the goal. To draft the best team for just one season or for the future as well?

One season. Most of the discussion happens in a chatzy.
