I'm feeling this:
Metro:
1) PIT/NYR
2) PIT/NYR
3) PHI
Atlantic:
1) Boston
2) TBL
3) MTL/FLA
WC1) NYI
WC2) CLB/FLA
Here is why I don't see any more teams getting anywhere:
New Jersey -- Let's take a look at this roster:

If I'm not mistaken, most of those players carried their offense... notice the bold? That is the AGE of these players... I can expect them to start off VERY good, but there will be a significant drop off towards the end of the season.
CAR - No major additions, just some retainees.... going nowhere, and fast
WSH - They MAY compete this year... but I fully expect them to flounder in the coming years thanks to those handcuffing contracts that they signed this offseason... Like stated before, The caps are depending on Trotz figuring out and working around Ovechkin, and management has all but tied it's hands on a retool after those horrendous contracts.
BUF - Still rebuilding
OTT - Still retooling
TOR - again, will probably compete for a wildcard, but will blow it
DET - I think this is the first year DET misses the playoffs, UNLESS
MTL - It's possible they fall off a cliff at the end of the year due to age as well.
