Love the avatars

No objection from me. I also think the coloring of the Penguins slide and the overall theme fits the mindset of this team too: Serious. Loved the Est. in 2005 and I'm With Gary ones a few years back, but good to get away from the comical side of it. Yet the second slide provides that option for those who want comedy.
