damn the caps made bishop look so bad tonight

and the matt martin goal was gold last night as well, he wasn't even looking at the net when he shot the puck. ha.

I dropped Bishop in fantasy the day after he got traded. I got the shutout for him in the first game with Tampa but I was pretty sure he'd put up horrible numbers with that defense. I think I made the right move.

well when the devils completely fall out, i am pulling for the caps in the east. **** it. i' am supporting oates. i doubt they blow the division to winnipeg, but you never know.
i'd laugh if the rangers get into 6th seed and face them again in the playoffs.

Winnipeg is pure and utter garbage. Horrible defensive team with not enough offense to make up for it (Though it's probably better than ours) Nona Weisbaum cites those losses against them in the home and home as when the wheels fell off for us. I think he's right too. If the Capitals had been playing like this all year then Winnipeg probably would have never sniffed the division lead at any times because they're pure trash.

I'm rooting for the Caps too. I thought Oates was gonna fail as head coach before the season started, and it seemed like he was. It really just took some time to get the system working though, and Ovechkin has heated up.
