Goalies usually take several years to develop before they become NHL-ready.

And assuming Hank extends for 7 years, what do we do with Fucale 4 years from now when he's ready to be an every day starter and Hank still has 2 or 3 good years left?

Hank 7 years?

Fucale will play 2 more seasons in Jrs.

2 seasons in AHL.

2 seasons as backup

Fight for duties in 3rd year at around 25-26.

Similar to Bernier and Schneider.

Basically the time table I would use as well. The longer you let goalies develop the better they get.

Hawks are absolutely stacked with forward prospects. Absolutely loaded.

Morrin, Pirri, Hayes bros, Saad, Teravainen,McNeill, Danault, Nordstrom.
