OT: 2013 HFNYR Boardies — Most Knowledgeable

I love them all but most of them are not open to anything but their own opinion ...
 
Would've voted NYR Sting, but decided Bluenote13 is best option available.
 
BN is one of the few who actually knows of what he speaks, from real experience. I value his opinions tremendously.
 
With this list of nominations, I now know who to blindly agree with to sound smart.
 
Gave my vote to Jonathan. Talk to him on here a lot and not much to others simply because I never see them. But everyone on this list is great. Very helpful and make hockey talk here more bearable when the boobirds and homers fight.
 
I'm the only one that voted for Bleed Ranger Blue... wow. I'm honestly very surprised. Most logical poster on HFNYR. Very level headed. Knows his ****.

But there is some tough competition. I wouldn't mind any of these nominations winning.
 
One more vote for Jonathan. All 5 are great choices however. These boards are pretty lucky to have such a group of quality posters. I can also think of 3-4 more that belong on there.
 
Tough call between bluenote and rangerboy. I will give it to rangerboy, he told us about the cap recapture way before Larry Brooks.
 
This is a tough one.

RangerBoy I've always relied upon for anything regarding the cap and or contracts. He's always got some sort of proof to back his words up. From time to time he even brings up old facts and things and points out little things that I knew that most on here didn't, and I'm even talking about some of the old-timers who you'd expect to know these things.

Jonathan and I have had many spirited debates over my 7 years on this site. He knows his ****. I've seen him make fools out of many people on other boards who simply resort to flaming him because they can't stand the fact that he knows as much as he does.

Bluenote is one of the best posters I know on these entire boards and as others have mentioned, he has experience and having played at a somewhat competitive level myself, I can tell that he's not blowing smoke out his ass. I may not always agree with him, but there's more than enough merit to anything he says.

I'd say RangerBoy, honestly. To know the CBA and the cap like he does inside and out is just astonishing.

I know my fair amount of hockey and hockey history and I can run off stats off the top of my head, not to toot my own horn or anything, but RangerBoy does take it to another level with the CBA.
 
Can we nominate people because I can think of almost 10 more posters that belong in this poll....even though Rangerboy is Glen Sather and will win this poll for life.
 
RB is deserving for sure. The 10 (+?) lockout threads especially could form a tremendous highlight reel. But I voted for BN to spread the wealth a bit.

I usually agree with every sentence he types but even when I don't I still respect it as a solid opinion from someone who knows their stuff.
