Richards doesn't look lost, that's a good sign. Like the little I've seen of McIlrath so far, good stick work, nice accurate outlet pass.

I like how calm McIlrath looks with the puck. Nice little move by Nicholls to the net. Kreider/Richards/Nash showing some chemistry.

it is so refreshing to see the Ranger forwards swarming the net and making life miserable.

Going by what I've read on twitter, The Blue team seems to be dominating. But due to a shaky Biron and a sharp Lundqvist team White is ahead.

Can anyone with MSG access confirm this hypothesis?

I thought Hrivik and Kristo made the Boyle goal (although, by the same token, Boyle did what you want him to do which is to take his big body and drive the net). They're not talking about Hrivik, but I really think he has a shot to make this team. Seemed like white had blue on their heels for most of the period, but blue came on late. Nicholls with the nicest individual move so far. Pretty much everyone looks sharp - in particular, the Kreider-Richards-Nash line.

White has had more offensive time than blue, but still it is only 1-0. I don't think Biron has looked shaky, he's been fine. And Henk is henk! lol

I fixed this, I mixed up the colors lol.

The best lines have been Kreider/Richards/Nash and Hrivk/Boyle/Kristo, both playing for the white team, so I'm not sure why some observers think the blue team is dominating.
