OT: 2013-2014 NFL Discussion Thread (Revis to Tampa for '13 1st, '14 3rd or 4th)

I'm rooting for Randy Moss. Everybody talks about Ray Lewis, but Moss is also possibly playing in his last game and is without a ring.

We agree there. Still not sure who to root for though. I hate both Harbaughs. I like Frank Gore. I like Ray Rice. Moss and Lewis both are legends. I like Vernon Davis, but I also like Ed Reed. I'm really neutral on this.
 
I don't like the Ravens and recall Kerry Collins getting decimated by them and all, but for some reason I just refuse to support anything or any one in San Francisco. Never in my life.
 
I can't not root for Ed Reed. He's my all time favorite football player.
 
Well after reading the comments from Kyle Williams and some other 49ers, who are talking more about the Giants' win in last season's NFC Championship game than about the upcoming Super Bowl, I'm not rooting for anybody. Well, I hope Moss gets his 100 yds, the game is tied at 2-2 after two safeties in the 4th quarter and then the lights go off and the game won't be played. No Super Bowl champion this year.
 
I'm rooting for my sister so she could deliver on that 7 layer nacho dip of hers.

And I think I told you guys who I want to see win: **** 'em both!
 
Going to have a low key party this year. Last year was at my house and it was absolute madness. I thought my house was going to melt after Mario caught that pass. Worth it.
 
Congrats to Coach Bill after getting snubbed last year.

This year's snub is Michael Strahan. Warren ****ing Sapp chosen before him. How utterly disgraceful.
 
At least I won't have to listen to Carter ***** and moan about not getting in.

Strahan not getting in is probably due to Parcells getting the nod.

The New York Giants released veteran linebacker Michael Boley on Tuesday.

Boley, who saw his playing time reduced in the final two games of the season, could be the first of some longtime Giants veterans who will not return next season.

Gotta clear cap somehow, I guess. Should've been saying bye to Tuck and Osi, and keeping Boley around, but oh well.

Man, I liked Boley a lot. Dude came up big in last years playoff run. Animal vs. GB.
