any idea when STH's can expect to see their tickets in the mail/online?

Also, i got a hold of stadium series tickets for $119 each. Any idea how much we think they will re-sell for? I can only make 1 of the games

I am going on my honeymoon to NYC from Wed 6th to Mon 11th November. Very interested in going to game on Sunday 10th. But i see that there are no official tickets that have been released, yet many sites such as stubhub are selling tickets for this game. So is stubhub to be trusted? i take it, its just season ticket holders selling surplus tickets.
or
is it easy enough to get tickets to NYR games through ticketmaster for example?

Game will be tough to get for a reasonable price since it's also the Home Opener. Your best bet will be to buy on Stubhub the week of the game.

Need to move two tickets to the Frozen Fury game in Vegas below face. $105 paypal for the pair shipped. Hard tickets. Lmk ASAP. Thanks.

Does anyone have experiences (good or bad) with scalping tickets outside MSG on day of? Think that might be a good option to try and pick up a cheaper pair than what is being offered

I'd be very careful scalping outside the arena. Too easy to get scammed. I can easily print my tickets at home, then sell the hard tickets outside. Someone can print their tickets multiple times and then sell extras before walking in. You are better off paying the money from a reputable source.

Absolutely correct... You get what you pay for.

Oh, this thread has made me a bit scared about getting tickets for the Canucks/Rangers on the 30th November.

I'm travelling from Australia for the purpose of finally, FINALLY being able to see my first live NHL game. But, that's the only game I'm in town for. I'm willing to pay and arm and a leg for club/platinum tickets, but now I don't like my chances... :/

Anyone selling? I only need one, unless someone's willing to sit next to the weird Australian girl for a game and we can split them. I promise I don't bite.

Had a look on StubHub, looks like around $500 is my best bet. Yikes. :amazed: If I have to pay it, I will.

If you're looking for just one ticket and want to sit in the club seats, I'd say you have a pretty good chance when tickets go on sale. I think the date they said for individual tickets was September 28th so I'd say go that route before trying StubHub or anything like that.

Has anyone ever had trouble uploading tickets they bought on ScoreBig to StubHub?

There's a game I bought (Rangers @ Caps 12/27) which I couldn't make and I received the e-tickets (pdfs) already. However, it looks like they have been modified to hide the STH names, so I can't upload them. The barcodes remain fully intact.

Can I ask ScoreBig to send me the original ticket so that I will be able to upload to Stubhub?

Wow that sucks! Yes I'd ask Scorebig, and if they decline, ask Stubhub to upload them for you since their automated system refuses them. As a last resort, sell on Stubhub as regular (not electronic) tickets and ship them to the buyer?
Good luck!

Hah! Now that's getting very very interesting. There's a disclaimer on the tickets that clearly states that unauthorized duplication may result in denial of entry, so technically if ScoreBig did that, they delivered to you an invalid ticket which breaks their contract with you.

That being said, can you tell if the ticket they sent you is a flat file (a scan of a picture) or composite object based (ie you can copy the text, select various items)? If it's still object based, maybe what you can do is with Adobe pro/standard or DoPDF, re-print to PDF and that should do the job to get accepted by stubhub.

If it's a flat file, then what you probably need to do is print the ticket to paper, then scan it using a scanner that uses OCR to build the text into the PDF, and stubhub should accept that. But really you shouldn't have to do any of that - scorebig should be delivering legit original tickets

PS - ScoreBig REALLY dislikes people re-selling their tickets on SH. Not that I give a ****, I flip their tickets all the time to make quick money. You just have to deal with a lot of this kind of bull****. I jump through these kind of hoops all the time

Clearly you intend to attend the games but then your plans change and you have to sell them ;)
