Both. You'll see more in the corner sections as opposed to the sections directly behind the goal though.
They were there for every game of the 1st and 2nd rounds from what I saw. $88 round 1, $98 round 2.
are the section 204LWC fair game to buy? I'd feel awful if I bought tickets away from someone who can only sit in certain spots in the arena

I sat in your section 221 row seats and they're really awesome.
Great sight-lines and and great angle to watch the game.
You are in the corner at the end the Rangers shoot for the 1st and 3rd periods. Pricing is also more than fair for those seats.
