Lindberg with two assists! Both primary. One more secondary assist was originally given to him, but then taken away.

His team game 1 by the score of 5:0.

I will be updating SEL playoff live stats here to the degree I'm following them. It makes sense to do it here right under the stats.

From what Brooksie said today regarding the Rangers not deciding wether to offer Zuccarello a contract or not, I'm thinking Sather is waiting to see how Fasth and Lindberg's playoff series turns out. Maybe he prefers one of those guys coming over and contributing rather than having to sign Zuccarello.

i can see that happening... or maybe he is waiting to free up a contract or a roster spot... anything is possible

Yeah. And for setting up a power play goal thereby ruining the suspense of having a close game no matter what (a 5-0 win is a travesty ... And forbidden) , for not dumping in the puck at every opportunity when given the chance, when actually beating his man in the offensive zone with the puck and creating chances instead of mindlessly grinding the puck along the boards for 38 seconds. Kid has no chance in Torts madhouse I tell you...
 
Fasth and Spelling have games beginning shortly. Andersson's team is playing but he's not in the lineup.

Is there a chance he can win the Stefan Liv Memorial Trophy ike Jakob Silfverberg did last season? He would be a great addition to the lineup either way top 6 bottom 6 at the end of his season.

BTW and way out there - I met some board guys from Västra Frölunda last week. They were worried about meeting Luleå. It seems they were right - so far at least...

Good start by both Lindberg and Fasth. Let's see how their playoff run will go. I consider (extended) playoffs a better indicator than anything else because the defense and the hitting is tighter, and you don't get a chance to run up your scoring by beating up on the very weak teams since those don't make the playoffs.
 
for those of us stuck at work, can you give an indication of their physicality? Can anyone of them retrieve the puck from the boards, do they take the body, are they tentative when they hear footsteps ... ?
