Grans sucked last year, which you agreed, where did you rank him on the prospects list?

Like Andrae, he must have committed himself over the summer b/c both raised their game substantially from last season.

Grans was on the 1st pair with LHV and his performance in that role got him a shot.
He still has to run with it, we'll see tonight if there's more there.

I want to know why rebuild means not dealing with youth making mistakes and giving them a chance trying to adjust to the NHL rather than making them marinate in the AHL? They sold the fans on a rebuild. Fans will understand kids making errors and losses happening.

If a kid fails, next kid up.

And yes I truly believe they want to be the wayward home for aging vets.... Yandle and Johnson get game 1000 here.... Johnson should be fired into the sun but they can't because then another kid would be playing in their minds

I don't care where I had him on a prospects list (I didn't fill one out). It's the idea that they could be getting these shots because the team is supposedly rebuilding.

Instead they have slop that plays above them and even if they flash it won't matter because once the players return from injury they'll be shuttled right back to LHV which will lead to the conversations around here to go round and round.

My two core tenants are: Making the playoffs isn't an accomplishment and that i'd prefer the player that might be shit but we don't know yet over the player that we know is shit.
