It says MSG (634) is blacked out and one of the other supporting channels NYa (638) but redirected me to an NHL center ice channel (776)

I'm afraid the channel will turn off come 8pm. What kind of **** is this? I called customer service but got some foreigner who had no idea what I was talking about and kept asking if I wanted to upgrade my channels.

What's your CPU usage at? increasing cache in vlc might help.
