I don’t get it either. Apparently they have waived him, he passed but he stayed with Tampa (was the backup last night). They can still assign him to Syracuse. And I think he won’t need to pass waivers again. At least that’s what I’m understanding from our insiders on X. Never heard of something like that before and maybe I’m just stupid too.

I remember someone was saying there was a grace period where he was waived but could stay up. I didn't think it meant he can actually play a game even though he's been waived.

If this is some obscure rule that no one ever has used, this is going to be exploited some how to carry extra players on the roster.
 
Cooper's quote was on the mark. We've gotten zero points in a quite a lot of games recently where we dominated play. Nice to get 2 when the other team was buzzing for a large part of the game.

Last game it looked like 59-71-86 as a top line. Coop had been experimenting with 71-86 for a while.
 
Would be great to get all the possible 8 points from our division this week. It'll be crucial to win these four point games at this point of the season.

Really intrigued to see how Halverson looks if he gets the start. Goalies are my favourite position and it's always exciting to see new guys in that position.
 
Hope the team can keep building on last game and keep things up now with a bit of a break för most of the team.

I believe Goncalves is still waivers exempt because he was waived less than 30 days ago and hasn't played 10 games so I would expect him and Duke to get assigned to Syracuse after this game. Also Halverson probably getting sent down
