I mean he was down for only a few games. It likely more of a mental reset than anything

I think one underrated part of Point's goal scoring is that he can always roof it even when goalies assume he won't do it. You can see Talbot dropped down after Point lost the puck a little bit and at that point it was an easy goal for him. Maybe not the best example since Talbot made it way too easy but he's scored a lot of similar goals.
