We've gone to 4 SCF's, won twice (should have been a 3 peat but everyone was hurt) and went through a reload. I don't think this is an issue with Jon Cooper. I have an issue with "death by structure" 50 minutes a game but that's not why we are losing. Our best players besides Kucherov are crumbling.

This lot is family. And when it's not well in the house everyone suffers.

They are playing like they are content being the last wildcard spot. Just being lazy everywhere. But at this rate, we are missing the playoffs completely and its all because of laziness from our "stars".

Yup. They're checked out. Coop ain't gonna fix this. I think firing him would be shuffling deck chairs on the Titanic. Sell what you can and come back at it with cap space and hopefully better players

It's not a family, it's a professional sports team and when hard decisions have to be made treating it like a family is about the worst thing and organization can do.

Maybe not Crozier in particular, but Coop and a lot of the veterans said the influx of kids gave them a brand new energy and excitement. Then they rode that wave.

We lost alot of vocal locker room leaders. This team has no identity right now.

Hedman and Kuch seem more like lead by example. We've seen Stamkos be a vocal leader in the past. We know he's a good captain. I just think the contract situation has him in a tough spot, he seems to be checked out
