I just want someone other than Kakko to try to play D on that line. There is no F3 on that line ever and it's leading to constant 3-2s the other way.

If Kakko has to always play F3 on that line he will never score. He needs to go to the net. He needs to be playing below the goal line. He can't do that if he has to F3 with Panarin and Strome. He needs to play on a diff line.

BTW -- any coincidence that the first line scores with Goodrow on it and not Laff? Not saying Goodrow is more skilled. But that line had its best cycling/boardwork shift of the season and it's because Laff wasn't on the line. Something we need to pay attention to

Strome is either good or just absolutely horrific.

On nights like this he should be stapled to the bench. Be much better playing a man down than watching him ruin plays constantly.
