How is saying "he's playing really well" having my foot on the exaggerator?
Isles are going to get a PP or two after this. They need to score here. Varlamov being a bit tipsy earlier shouldn't take away from how awful the first unit has been tonight.
I don't want to hear from anyone that the Pens worked hard today.
Just don't say it.
Personally want Josh Currie.Jankowski should be waived. Any hungry body from WBS would be a better choice.
L4 has looked better than normal tonight. That’s not saying too much.
Another terrible looking PP...wtf Geno
The Pens got worked hard tonight.
If they get a PP, it will likely be because of something really dumb, like a too many men or delay of game...If the Isles get a PP, we lose. Otherwise we get at least 1 point.
The Islanders are defending it brilliantly.
First, they're defending the Pens traditional neutral zone passes. Second, they're baiting the entries so they can trap individuals against the wall on entry, knowing they won't have support.
This is just another take on the whole drop pass issue . . .
When a team clearly has adjusted to take certain things away, there's no plan B for Reirden.
So . . . do I blame the players for bad plays or Reirden for putting them in those spots without a Plan B in the first place?
