I mean honestly why not try Cutter or Leason with Z and Leo?

Gauthier and Leason have played consistently well for the first time this season in their current place in the line up and we shouldn't change that up (especially for Gauthier), and Killorn hasn't been as bad on the top line in the last few games as people want to believe.

He's been very good all season, hopefully we can get another season or two out of him. Much better player then Lybushkin.

I feel like this is what the trade fowler crowd meant by replace fowler with a better fit.

I don’t think dumolin is better than fowler, but he’s a better fit with the young guys stylistically

Zegras has been doing that all by himself by being outproduced by Killorn

Granted I don't think Zegras is being put in a position to succeed, at least he's shown signs of life the last two games.

The pass was not in his wheel house was more behind. If Leo made a better pass maybe he scores. But Leo should have taken the shot. He leads the team in goals, can’t hurt to shoot.

The second goal in particular was very nice, strips the defender in the Gulls zone, gets high sticked and fights through it and roofs it short side on the 2v1 on the resulting rush. Great play.
