On the local broadcast, they put an indicator around Sanheim for that D Zone Draw and had a bar on it with his Blocked Shot totals. It went away the second the puck was dropped. What on earth is the point of that? It doesn’t inform in any meaningful way. Who cares if it tracks with the player if it goes away when play starts? It’s just needless clutter.
