Oh absolutely, he's still a skilled player and in a time like this especially we can use all the help we can get. You just confused me with the stabbing my eye out comment. lol Which, by the way, we don't speak of anymore round these parts...it's now known as "loving our eyes out"

I realize now that I was doing the same thing. When I chose to actively not watch Saturday's game I was abandoning an entire nation of Rangers fans whom I consider, in a sense, to be my teammates. Worst thing about the Gagne deal is that he's back in our division, so he's gonna go back to getting a hatrick 6 times a year :shakehead
 
Tonight, we're gonna see our defense for the first time in a long time without Ryan McPotvin.

It's going to be, dare I say, worthy of doing something "not nice" to your eyes.

Talent wise? Of course he is. Better hands, better shot, better skater. He might not be the playmaker Richards was in his prime, but he sure is still better than the Richards we have been blessed with this year.

Would have been cheap veteran depth. Oh well, he's back in Philly where he belongs.
