Helleson could end up being one of those guys who doesn't look very impressive in the AHL but ends up being solid at the NHL level, he looked good in that 3 game sample a couple years back and he looked good tonight.

Yay for W!

I hope the winged wheel miss the playoffs indefinitely, exactly the same way they did last season. This was more fun decade ago, but nice to realize that these wins still mean something to me. Oh and actually it's been more than a decade now, since everyone of us must be the age of Scott Niedermayer's playoff beard.

I've been lamenting for not giving crap about this team, but I think figured way to appreciate this shit show. Nostalgia. I just live in the past when things are not going well, while keep watching when I can, and maybe there will be these signs of life like tonight. Get some confidence, get a good string of games like beginning of last season. Get some smiles going in the bench.

Then we'll get some good memories again.
