These two healthy scratches of Michkov could go very bad for the Flyers.
The young Russian put his trust in Briere and the GM is allowing that arrogant SOB of a coach to bench the most skilled player in Flyers history as a motivational ploy.
Because careful what you wish for Fonzie…

Umm, I think he knows more about scoring than most on here think. He also knows more about winning. Don't think sitting a 19-year-old for one game is the tragedy some on here would have you believe.

It's a shame he played in an era when players his size (especially Americans) rarely had opportunities to play in the NHL.

I think he forgot all about how to win.

Drysdale was useless on the opening PP and the last thing he did before he changed was throw a bad pass into the boards so the 2nd unit had to struggle to recover it.

I do hope we start to hear rumblings of going back to KHL. Then we see that rat Briere start to scramble.
Briere should have used this time to acquire a talented player who can capitalize on Michkov's skill... instead he's watching his franchise player sit on the sidelines.

Could you imagine the Caps healthy scratching Ovechkin for 2 games a month into his NHL career? Lmao.

The Flyers as a team are so bad that the media giving them the benefit of the doubt is insane. It’s crazy how passive and agreeable the Flyers media is compared to the Eagles or Phillies beat.

The Flyers media will always defer to the management’s point of view.

There isn’t one other organization that would allow this.
