Can they just DFA him? It will obviously be more than 60 days. Conservative estimate.

Nah, put him on the 60 day DL, removes him from the 40 man roster and insurance pays him. Then in the offseason, decline his option for next year and hes off the books.

If they were going to call someone up to the bullpen should have been Wagner, Stroman should have been kept until Happ or McGowan faltered and transitioned right from a AAA starter to a MLB starter.

What?
Loup was really good last season. He's had a few rough outings this season but to say he isnt deserving of a spot is outright hilarious.

Send down Redmond or get rid of Rogers.

Yeah I'm a little reactionary right now. In all honesty I thought his numbers were much worse than they are right now.

Redmond has been one of their better bullpen guys this year. Before tonight he had the best ERA in the pen, after tonight he still does except Wagner beats him but he's in Buffalo because AA and his fetish with Rogers.

Rogers needs to go. Santos needs to never pitch in a close game situation again, and if he does he needs to be pulled after the first baserunner he lets on, no exceptions. Those are the 2 biggest problem guys.

Redmond is fine as a long guy out of the pen.

Sending down Rogers would just be a poor management.
