Yes, it is a strech. However, he's certainly been playing like it for the past 4-5 games. He should get more ice time.

Ovechkin seems like a different person/player. Doesn't seem like he has the fire left to go play like a savage the whole shift. He hangs more and more and only keeps his legs moving with the puck. Maybe he gained some weight but he isn't the beast he was. Still one of the top 5 most dangerous players coming down the wing though.
