  • Marian Gaborik 48:45
  • Rick Nash 52:02
  • Brad Richards 58:57

TOTAL 2 hours, 39 minutes, 44 seconds

The time these 3 star players have played PP this year
With countless 5 on 3s.
AND NONE OF THEM HAS SCORED A GOAL ON THE PP THIS YEAR!!!
NOT A FRIGGING ONE

$27,100,000 is their combined salary this year

Career stats in NHL
Gaborik - 96 PP Goals
Nash - 83 career PP Goals
Richards - 92 PP Goals
TOTAL - 271 PP Goals

Players or coach???

Maybe overloading a line with star players is not a good idea. It didn't work last year, it won't this year. Every freaking time when we have a PP, we see Nash, Gabby, Richards, Stepan/Callahan and Del Zotto. Maybe give guys like Girardi (who actually knows how to shoot from the blue line), Pyatt (who has shown he can pass in tight areas) or Hagelin (who can use his speed when we build up form our own zone).

It is always bad. You need a hard worker on the line to help power through and open up space.
