Exactly. He's not good, but he's a decent enough 14th forward. A guy you carry for just such a situation.

Looks like Eller may play with MaxPac though. That would be a very interesting experiment.

It had to be one of Briere or Eller to get their chance, so I'm glad either way.

Briere has been used horribly in his time here and should only be use in offensive scenarios. Taking DDs spot should show that. Plus he gets to play C.

We need to make a statement in this game, and show that the effort in the Chicago win is the norm when you come to face us.
