Hopefully teams use the correct wording. Like for the Avs one it was guys assigned to their A club meaning no waivers.

Anyone who was listed as waived can be claimed on waivers.

I said he's a solid #7. Solid is describing his fit as a #7 not his overall game. OFD described his overall game. There arent many better #7 options especially ones that come in at a salary of 1M or less.
