Not sure I agree with the Malholtra penalty. He didn't really have anywhere to go. At the same time he made a straight beeline through the crease.

Good penalty by Hagelin.

The easiest way to determine intent is to look at the skates. Malhotra didn't attempt to stop, no edges were being applied. It was the right call, goalies aren't designed to be hit.
