OT: 120th Obsequious Banter Thread: The Fallowing of the Bone Tree

My parents lost power for ~3 weeks after Sandy. Their Generac had them completely covered. It sure as shit sold us one.

Side note, but the eye made landfall ~15 miles from here. I know we were incredibly lucky to be on the lesser side of the storm, but we somehow never lost power. All of the lines are above ground.

The houses on the back side of my block were without power for a week. We never even had a blink.

At least with a Generac it is harder for thieves to steal if not chained up by leaving a running lawnmower in the place of the portable gas generator....

Anything you hear about Portland Oregon…. It is even worse. My poor dog… these assholes have left downtown and are In residential areas. Setting of noise granades. And looting shit. f*** this it is locked and loaded time .
