Yep NHL refffing is elite in pro sports. Basketball and football refs are terrible. Baseball umps are good too.

I'd be shocked if he gets a contract playing hockey in any league.

Not shocked by this game tonight though. This Ducks team can only be described as mediocre. They'll be a fringe playoff team and out in the 1st Round, and that will only be because the Pacific will be bad enough to allow them to make it.

The amount of non calls I see on gaudreau is ridiculous.

He played the PP and then the NHL called the ref and made McDavid go to the room. There wasn't much time left in the period so he has not come back yet.
