I was glad to see McDonagh finish his scoring chance, good for him to get a little offensive glory. The Lightning's poor play in the first almost put me to sleep, and then they almost put me to sleep afterward with their dominance the rest of the way.

Someone needs to tell me what is so great about it. 8 million people stacked on top of me, a small apartment costing me my entire paycheck and having to walk everywhere or risk subway shenanigans sounds like actual hell. I'm sure there is plenty nice about it but not enough to put up with that crap

The subway is great. Would you like to end up 2 blocks away from any location in a massive city for 3 bucks?

All the bad shit in NYC gets amplified nationally to make it seem way worse than it is. Fact is no matter where you are in NYC you'll be within 10 blocks of the best restaurant you've ever eaten in your life, tons of interesting stuff to do, and most of the stuff you'll ever need (referring to Manhattan here). The trade off is you live in a closet, which does suck but that's the deal.
