That was entertaining. I miss those types of games, the team isn't built that way nowadays but at least they stood their ground tonight and clowned them in their own barn.
That was some pissed off cowboys out there. TEAM toughness is often overlooked, and they got jawbreaker play from everybody, and in particular the little guys like Ace, Girgensons, et al...Not gonna take no shit tonight..

Greer had an embarassing night. Swung and fell against Lilleberg. Then in the Goncalves scrum I believe, he threw two rabbit punches like he's never thrown one. Looked awful. Then he launches himself like Luis Mendoza over Eyssimont. Last but not least, Lilleberg yanks his collar once more with 0:00 on the clock to once again remind him that he's his bitch. What a f***ing moron.

IQ of that team must be incredibly low on average.

Panthers ruins looks awesome. Kittens could not score a goal at even strength for 120 minutes in a row. It is basically a definition of a series lose for them.

Their coach can't even congrats himself with 2 points yesterday, you can't really rely on shorthanded goals to win you every game. It is not sustainable. While such disadvantage at even strength is very hard to beat.

You can say anything about Cooper, but the guy learns his lessons and after bad playoffs he finds a way to make the team to play better.

Wait a second, wait a second...

I just got out of Bartledoo's second session of How To Hockey and Cooper was not listed as a good coach. Nor does he learn his lesson. The course material taught by Professor Bartledoo says that within 25 games, the sample size is enough to warrant termination. Because the Lightning were on par with the flyers weeks ago, Cooper has therefore lost the room, his favorite gum, and needs to be canned. He intentionally deceived people by putting Vasy in net tonight with a Johansson sweater. He yelled at the refs? How much abuse do the officials need to take from Cooper for us to say enough is enough? John Cooper got lucky to get two Stanley Covid Cups and the league is letting him win.

I have to go, Bartledoo is calling us back from recess. Session 3 will cover alternatives to Cooper such as Babcock, Gallant, and Quenneville, the true nut busting coaches of this generation. We will also have Capri Sun's and rice pudding for lunch. I'll report back with my findings from the omniscient Bartledoo's How To Hockey series in which he proposes he knows when to fire a coach and never post on HF again. Stay tuned.
