Sissons’ greatest strength is faceoffs, so naturally you move him to the wing.
Meanwhile, Granlund is taking the last faceoff with 9 seconds left when he's terrible at it while your best faceoff guy Johansen is lined up on the wing. I don't care about the faceoff location or handedness, you need to win one faceoff, get your best guy out there and let him battle to win it. If he loses it so be it, at least you had your best guy out there.

Anyone know what is going on with the radio broadcasts this year? Feel like there is someone different every single game.
Pete Weber had some kind of issue with a hip. He missed a game back in November and hasn't traveled with the team since then. He's only been doing home games. Road games has been Max Herz.

After Crispy retired they moved Hal Gill to the tv desk so he can't do both tv and home radio, only road color. They've had rotating color guys for home games. It's mostly been Jay Moore, but also JP Dumont did one or two.

It has nothing to do with today's bowel movement but the arena atmosphere has been lacking this season. Or maybe it's just me?
I had a whole long post typed out, but I deleted it and I'll just say this; no, it's not just you. The crowd sucks. It's become a social scene again so people come to get drunk and talk all game long.

That sucks. Those days in 99 thru about 2006 were rough to be a fan . It was the cool thing to do on a weekend night when the socialites showed up and during the week if there were 6,000 in the arena it was a good night. In 2001 there were nights when there were less than 4500 at some games during the week. There were so many tickets competed back then. About every weekday game my ticket rep called me offering free tickets one game before thanksgiving I had 10 free tickets plus my 4 season tickets we had family in town and I took 4 people from work to that game. When the team was struggling back then a effort was made to get people into the arena no matter how much they knew about the game. Could this be what’s going on now???? I doubt it I can’t see this ownership group doing that.
