Georgiev can't make a save on a break away. He never can. We got spoiled with Hank making those types of saves. These new goalies are just positional goalies, no skills what so ever to stop a break away

Buchnevich making that pass was obviously the correct play...by a lot. McAvoy just made a great play and Mika came in too deep. Buch shooting would have been an awful decision.

what about scoring 2 goals or less so frequently and having a pathetic power play

I think that is a bigger issue

we scored 2 regulation goals our last two games and we are talking about goaltending

We had 2 power plays. PP wasn't the issue. Not finishing on at least 5 or 6 grade A+ chances is the problem.

Sometimes I think it’s because they’re not great shooters so they pass more to get a better shot opportunity.
