Wait what? This is way different than pharmacy lol

We actually interviewed at the hospital and applied to the site during match?
Everything was online which was great. I didn't have to spend thousands of dollars to travel to interview.

Yeah I don't why it is set up like this. We just learned today that we matched, but have to wait until Friday to know where.

That's crazy. Either way congrats. I was told 2 years in a row that I wasn't "academically sufficient". I'm in no way salty obviously, but not being paid $6/hr (when you actually break it down) was a blessing in disguise. Now I just can't specialize...but I never want to take another test anyway lol

Oh yeah 4 years no salary, then 3 years of minimum wage w/ 100K in debt. I don't regret it, but I'm not sure I'd do it again.

It's all a racket. But this isn't something you don't know. I don't want to rain on the parade. This is a huge accomplishment for you, proud of you dog. Good luck. Let me know where you end up!

I matched into residency today. Dr. Flytimmo is a go

Congrats, brother!

On the bright side, you get to warn people you like of exactly what it costs you in time and money so they can make more informed decisions. — Guy who paid for his own MBA.

Might be heading to the US for the first time in May...

not 100% confirmed but work are probably sending me to a conference in Baltimore and then ~2 days in New York afterwards to liaise with some organisations we have memorandums of understanding with.

So I hope that can get to a play-off game... even if not the Flyers maybe the Islanders or Capitals aha. I guess 1/3 will make it. I would say Rangers but I like my kidneys and dont want to sell them.

1) Go to the aquarium in Baltimore
2) Get a crabcake. Those people are massive crab-snobs, but it is justified
