It's clear after ~15 games the defensive structure/scheme is a bust. I wasn't expecting some top 5 defense, but there's been no improvement at all. Either changes need to be made to the system/ coaching, or personnel needs to be addressed by maybe adding to the defense by subtracting from the F corp(if necessary).

I get that the cap was stagnant but it's like JBB had no 5 year plan. None. I totally get win as much as you can when you can...however, there is a balance. Just like a CEO, you have short term goals as well as long term ones. It does not look like JBB ever had a long term plan. Just kept borrowing until there was nothing left to borrow.

But we ARE in 2nd place though. So, we got that going for us.
