Skjei being a scratch doesn't bother me.

Staal playing of Skjei is an issue, but it's what it is.

Hopefully they lean on Hajek and Lindgren in this game and not run Staal for 20 min.

At this rate, Skjei is gonna get traded at some point before his NTC kicks in.

He was one of my favorite Hurricanes players when I started watching them in 2015 or 2016. Never seemed to get the recognition he deserved. Maybe he’s slightly overrated on here now, but only because he was crazy underrated for a couple of seasons. He’s like the Mika Zibanejad of d-men. Not in terms of playing style, but because of how both of them are/were very underrated and have among the best value contracts in the league.
