Howden played on the 5-on-3 PK too. Specifically, the part where Ottawa scored on it.

Lias did not have a great game against Ottawa, but that doesn't make scratching him so that Greg McKegg, Michael Haley, and Brett Howden can stay in the lineup any less nonsensical. Staal coming in for Lindgren is equally baffling.
