That's on you. Pay $13 for a month, or pay $70 for 15 months. Lol.
When I signed up for it, I thought I'd only have to pay for 2 months at most bc there would eventually be a deal with Comcast. No deal by Thanksgiving surprised me.

I remember missing out on a day of Sunday football shortly after meeting Mrs. Hawksrule, so we could go apple picking. I’m sure there are a thousand other examples over the years. Small price to pay for a much better half.
Potential Mrs. DHF owns a three flat on diversey in Logan Square that she rents two floors out of that pays for most of her mortgage and has an engineering degree with a masters in finance. I'm an Operations manager on the south side with an associates degree. You're God damn right I'm choosing a holiday trip with her instead of posting regularly in a game day thread.

Well yes...we finally see Bedard end his goal slump...and with a wicked shot goal...the kind of Generatiobal shot he was drafted for and is supposed to use a lot more consistently to beat goalies with...
BUT ...is he "out of the woods" yet....apart from that 1 shot he only mustered 1 more shot in the game...and generated no set-ups or actual assists..in othercwords he did not direct play either for himself or his linemates...I thought he checked a bit better than usual but was quite not much I the picture onattacking...when he had the puck hecdid not do much with it...so I do not hnk he has brought back his "A" game yet...BUT at least we hope his shooting% even with low shotvtotals reverts at least to the NHL mean if not better..

Hopefully that goal of Bedard's last night, specifically the quality of the shot, puts to bed the concern I have been hearing about "his shot not translating to the NHL". That was always bogus. He has a top 5 shot in the league easily, what was missing was him actually being put in a position to use it. There was one shift in the first period where he had the puck on his stick for several seconds at 2 or 3 different points during that one shift and it occurred to me that outside of the PP, it seems like he just never has the puck. Obviously, part of that is his own doing, especially as the slump has gone on, but it just sort of crystallized to me how difficult a situation he has been in so far this year playing with a revolving cast of linemates, none of which can make space for him, on a team that rarely has the puck.

He is going to be fine, and once the team around him gets better he is going to make a lot of people look very silly.

It's only the biggest pants pissers amongst us that were ever worried about "his shot not translating to the NHL". It's better to just tune them out.
