The defense has been atrocious since the 3-0 mark, but some of the goals allowed by JJ have been inexcusable. It's likely 5-2 right now with Vasy in net, 5-3 at the worst. At least JJ made a few decent stops near the end there, as Columbus was dominating the play

What are you talking about? Except for a few early turnovers, mainly by Point in his first game back, we dominated that game. Other than the score it wasn't close but Jarry stood on his head. It all worked out in the end.

JJ is awful. Like last appearance, he's had like 2/3 appearances in a lightning sweater result in +4GA. He's brutal. When it was 3-0 I thought good, we spotted him a hefty lead early and then he just ate that up. I can't fault the team nightly when he plays because Vasy doesn't do this 2 out of 3 starts. This dude is not NHL quality. JBB is to blame here by not addressing. It's not like JJ was great last year, we just outscored teams like Domingues tenure. This guy makes me cringe.

Chaffee said they didn't want a track meet in the 3rd period but I'm sure Columbus does. Gives them a better chance at winning. Can't get sucked into that. Make the game boring and be opportunistic
