Usually I really dislike us playing a Kings or even Islanders style of regular season game, but it was a good strategy/outcome against the Jets.

No, i'm afraid Winnipeg was bad. NJ won 2 games in Sunrise so let's see what they can do against them.

I'm late to the party but that was the best game I've seen the team play, maybe in years. Perhaps it was also an off night for the Jets, but had we also been giving our usual mediocre effort it would have been a much closer game. That the closest to a 60 minute effort from us in years. It looked like how Boston used to shut our stacked offense down back in the day with their team wide effort and defense.

Florida spanked Winnipeg as well last night 5-0. Maybe the Jets just can't play this close to the equator.
