Great goal. God we need another option on the left wall. We tried Raddysh a few games. We probably need to try again

wow a PPG

Minnesota with fewest PK minutes in the league, not enough practice

They just need to do what they just did.

Its simple and effective. Shots from the point either have to be blocked or cause rebounds.

OR, they go in!

Either way it creates chaos and Point/Guentzle can clean up the garbage.

Would be nice if Heddy remembered how to hit the net. Even that shot was deflected to go on net.

It's no surprise we actually get space and score on the PP when the puck goes to the left side and there is a threat of a shot. Literally the entire 1st PP I don't think any Wild player crossed the midline. It's just 4v4 all on one side of the ice. Advantage defense.

Honestly they just need to cycle from Hagel to Heddy to Kuch faster. Every time they are able to Kuch has more time and the PK is scrambling. Hasn't been happening a lot this year and they are trying too hard to force it to Point

Gotta give it 20 games to see if they adjust on the PP. it’s not gonna be as good without Stammer but no reason these five shouldn’t be top 10 NHL PP quality.

Well deserved lead after a solid 1st period. The 5v5 play looks so much better this season.

Get ready for a 2nd period push from Minnesota, you know it’s coming.

Pretty textbook first from us. Execution.

Minny probably realizing it’s not the same team they faced in Amalie.

colorado did make sure to injure mcdonagh and cernak

Cernak also got turned around. Rare bad shift for both guys combined

He's done that a few times this year when it felt unnecessary, almost feels like he does it on purpose. I think he feels like he can still cover him

...but McD completely abandoning his assignment is something. Why?
