Lets start the argument before someone else does:

[sarcasm]Nash never scores. He was not worth giving up Anisimov and Dubinsky[/sarcasm]

I also missed Hagelin's goal, but it seems like there wasn't much to miss .

Great period from what I saw. The first PP looked much better than usual, but then I ended up eating my words once they got the second opportunity.

Got to come out with the same intensity for the second period, LGR!

From now on when anyone says "Ryan Callahan has the skill of a 3rd or 4th line grinder," I'm just going to post a YT clip of that goal.

I thought this was a Brian Boyle thread:naughty:

Pretty good 1st but caught off guard on transition game. Centers need to drop back a little bit, especially if a D moves FWD. Nice hands by Cally, nice Frolov by Nash, great goaltending both ways, waiting for kid line explosion

Or the OT one against Buffalo, or the OT snipe against Detroit, or the one he roofed over Bryz while standing on the goalline....

First line underachieving? Gaborik's having a good game and our "secondary scorer" in Hagelin wouldn't have scored if it wasn't for Nash. Unless Nash is on the second line and I didn't realize it.

While I view it as Line 1A and Line 1B, I think our first line is technically Pyatt-Richards-Gaborik

I don't think it's fair to characterize either of our lines as first. More of a 1A and 1B dynamic when Gaborik and Nash are split up.
