OT: 108th Obsequious Banter Thread: Nine dozen eggs and not one broken

I haven't worked out regularly in far too long, but I do remember "leg day" is the worst.

In a totally unrelated note, SyFy has been playing "Charmed" non stop for days. Phoebe+Cole>>>>>Ross+Rachel. AINEC

I am pretty active but last 4 years it has been pretty much impossible to lose the 10 or so lbs I want to lose. It's all diet now. I just went through my wardrobe of dress and button down shirts....60 of them don't fit me anymore and most probably never will unless I get some terminal illness. At that point I won't give two craps how I look.....so I am donating them all.
