Panarin looks like a non factor

He looks like hes aging very quickly, and not just his hairline. I guess we shouldnt be surprised at his age but still it’s discouraging.

Opening day roster and no Laf- but it does not even matter because these guys looks horrible. Trying not to make a big deal out of how bad this team has looked all pre-season but it’s getting worrisome.

We will soon know in 8 days because if play like this in Buffalo we will lose 4-1 even with Shesty in net. probably 8-1 with Quick in inet.

I mean he's only 31 and he doesn't really play a grinding game. It's amazing guys like Bergeron and Marchand were still amazing last year and 4/5 years older

It's a little wild that Othmann is an above average skater on this team

I don't think his skating was ever as bad as its been made out to be. It's like Perreault, I think the skating thing is blown out of proportion.

Looks to me as if Panarin bulked up a little this offseason. Guessing it will take some weeks for him to get the legs going.

He has an odd stride but it doesn't seem to slow him down much.

Might make him a bit less strong on his ankles but I'll have to keep watching
