Everyone taks about McJesus’ speed. I actually think MacKinnon is faster. He looks twice as fast as any other skater on the ice.

MacK can absolutely fly what makes McDavid special is that he can go sideways handle the puck at full speed and turn on a dime. MacK is just a bull.

Perhaps if veterans were held to the same standards as young players, he would be. As it stands, the guy is being gifted top unit PP time and top six ice time, even though he's been a total non-factor.

He thinks he is a goal scorer, doesn't have the size to play with physicality and is slow a foot.

I expect he will be better than he has shown but not expecting much.

That's what has been most disappointing to me not his production. He's had some bad puck luck. The lack of physicality and dumb penalties have been my main issue with him.
