A toast! To JT Miller, 19 years of age, now officially in the NHL record books.:clap::clap:

This game is far from over. The islanders were starting to come on. Need to get more Ozone time.

2nd line needs to play better. Steps has to shoot the puck.

I like this one especially, and it was Pyatt's tenacity on the boards that led to the extended possession. It's often good to have a banger on the 1st line even if he's not a big scorer cause the fancier guys aren't as good in the gutter.

I've always liked having a tough guy on with your scorers the way Gretzky always had a tough guy with him to protect him. That second game we had against Boston when Gabby got drilled into the bench and no one did anything, I thought to myself, why doesn't someone go after this guy? But who wad gonna? Nash? Richards? No, you need someone like Pyatt to keep the other team in line.

i had streamo on on my phone during a meeting and saw millers goal but i guess gabbys goal happened on my way home. i didnt notice it was 2-0 until sam said gabby had a goal

Boyle if he gets his game back is valuable to have. Hes a great guy to use when its a close game and you need to keep the lead.

Dont mind him for that 4th line at all.

understandable but the 4th of powe asham and halpern is not bad looking and if miller stays up he might beable to bring in some more depth on D. Gilroy is playing good now but that wont last and bickel is well bickel. im saying if boyle can bring in the D depth i would explore. hell knowing sather hell pull a boyle for ryan straight :yo:

I had the stream window down during commercials and heard "steroids" when they said "stair lifts", very confused for a bit there.

I like Halpern and Powe. I havent seen anything from Asham at all.

And someone will get banged up at some point, then its back to playing Bickel on the 4th line.

Im sure if they could get something great for him, they would take it, but I get the feeling he is more valuable here than in a trade.

this just proves that i only hated boyle because of the ridiculous amount of ice time he got. this year hes gotten barely any and now hes scratched and i havent had a problem with him at all. it seems just about everyone hates him now though.

Yeah not only does it give us strength on the boards, it gives us a guy that's able to go off for 2 or 5 if need be in case **** starts. Guys like Nash are coached to stay out of the box if they can. Guys like Pyatt are taught to take 2 minutes if they need to.

Jesus guys we're not trading Boyle. He's playing poorly so he's sitting for a night. Welcome to sports.
